What is coaching?
Coaching is a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation. It offers individuals and couples a safe, non-judgemental space to reflect, clarify goals, and navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
In Katie’s coaching sessions, she draws on psychology-based, discovery-led methods to help you uncover the root of what’s holding you back. Together, you’ll explore practical ways to move forward, improve your circumstances, and achieve meaningful goals.
Research shows that coaching can significantly enhance well-being, resilience, and self-esteem—three areas often tested in the complex dynamics of stepfamily life.
Katie has been coaching and mentoring for 15 years and provides a calm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Whether you're working toward a specific goal or simply seeking greater clarity and emotional balance, coaching helps you reconnect with where you want to go and and creates positive change to get there. You can see what Katie's clients say here.
Unlike counselling, which focuses on healing from the past, coaching is future-focused. While past experiences may come up, the emphasis is on building the life you want now—and shaping the future you deserve.
Katie offers a free 15-minute consultation to help you explore whether coaching is the right next step for you. It's a chance to ask questions, share what you're navigating, and see how her approach can support your goals. She works predominantly online though in person appointments can be arranged if you prefer.

"Having somewhere safe to offload all my "wicked" thoughts was just what I didn't realise I needed! Katie let me get everything off my chest without judgement and helped me untangle everything. She got me back in the driving seat of my life. I wish I'd found her sooner."
Tasha, London
"I was struggling to make my voice heard in our family, and coaching felt like a last resort before walking away. Working with Katie massively changed my perspective and , I don’t think our relationship would’ve survived without her support."
