These programmes are for people who’ve reached a turning point.

Stepfamily stress has stopped feeling like a phase or something you can quietly manage in the background. It’s taking up too much mental space, shaping too many decisions, and costing too much — emotionally and relationally.

The work here is designed to change that.

Each programme offers a structured, contained pathway out of constant reactivity and back into clearer choice. Not by fixing people or forcing harmony, but by changing how the stepfamily system is understood, navigated, and led.

Through this work, people often begin to:

  • stop organising their lives around tension and anticipation

  • step out of chronic overthinking, guilt, and emotional vigilance

  • make clearer decisions without fear driving them

  • feel more steady, grounded, and self-directed again

The programmes are different because the pressures on stepmums, dads, and couples are different.

Life Reclaimed 

(For Stepmums)

A structured 1:1 coaching programme for stepmums whose lives feel dominated by stepfamily stress and who want space and support to feel more like themselves again within it.

Focus areas include:

  • anxiety, emotional load and overwhelm

  • boundaries and identity protection

  • reducing overthinking and hypervigilance

  • feeling more like yourself again

Couple at the Centre

(For Couples)

A structured coaching programme for couples who want to strengthen their partnership and reduce recurring strain within stepfamily life.

Focus areas include:

  • helping you feel more aligned as a couple

  • improving how you handle difficult conversations

  • making joint decisions with less friction

  • clarifying roles and expectations at home

Out of the Middle

(For Dads)

A structured 1:1 coaching programme for dads who feel caught between competing pressures and want to lead more clearly and steadily within their stepfamily.

Focus areas include:

  • understanding where guilt is driving decisions

  • strengthening how you make and hold decisions

  • keeping boundaries steady under pressure

  • tackling issues that have been avoided
