Workshops

Structured group support for stepfamily challenges

Workshops offer practical, topic-focused support in a small-group setting for people navigating stepfamily life.

Each workshop is designed around specific pressure points, combining clear system understanding, guided reflection, and practical tools you can use straight away.

They’re structured and contained, so you can get real clarity and direction without committing to longer-term work.

Workshops are a good fit if you:

  • want practical tools and guided structure

  • prefer learning in a small group setting

  • want a contained starting point

  • aren’t ready for 1:1 work

  • want to meet others in the same boat

How Workshops works

Workshops are held online in small groups and follow a clear structure. You’ll be guided through key ideas, practical frameworks, and reflection exercises that help you apply what you’re learning to your own situation.

They are supportive without being overwhelming, and practical without being superficial.

You’re never required to share anything you don't want to and you can participate at the level that feels comfortable.

Many people keep in touch via whatsapp groups afterwards for ongoing friendship and support.
