Service Description
Most stepmums reach a point where they’re so focused on managing everything around them.... the ex, the children, the guilt, the constant adjusting... that they’ve lost the thread back to who they actually are. The Reset is where you find it again. Across two 90-minute online sessions, in a small group of eight women, we work through your values, what you actually need, and what a more sustainable version of this looks like specifically for you. You leave with a personalised Stepmum Reset Playbook, something written, specific to your situation, that you can come back to. And the women you meet in the room? Most of them stay in each other’s lives. Because being understood like that, without having to explain, stays with you.
